Abstract
The writer discusses the construction of the basketball culture,elaborates the conception and function of the college basketball culture,discovers some problems in the construction of the basketball culture.The writer thinks that more fund should be devoted to the basketball ground,material and installations.And the complete rules for university basketball competitions should be established.Meanwhile,more basketball matches and culture festivals should be held,so that the college basketball culture will be more flourishing,and the students' ability will be promoted.
