Abstract
This article elaborates on modern basketball from the cultural perspective by the means of documentary review,logical analysis and expert interview.It deals with the problems relating to the concept,features and construction of basketball culture together with the influence played on basketball by basketball culture.It points out that the basketball culture is the soul of this activity and to educate and develop basketball culture is a strategy of great importance which concerned with the sustainable development of basketball.
