Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the transfection characteristic of Dosper and Lipofectamine to estab lish the basis for future massive application . MethodsThe re troviral vector inserted SV40LT antigen gene was transfected into PA317 cell lin es by Dosper or Lipofectamine mediation with or without serum. The viral titer w as determined with the NIH3T3 cells. Results In without -serum condition, the transfection efficiency in Lipofectamine group was higher th an that in Dosper group, but no significant difference(P0.05); in with ser um condition, the transfection efficiency in Dosper group was significant hi gher than that in Lipofectamine group (P0.01). And the transfection effic iency in both groups with serum were significant lower than that in both withou t serum groups. ConclusionsTransfection efficiency are high in using Dosper and Lipofectamine in without serum condition.
