Objective To discusse the application effect in the short nose to lengthens with the nasal septum cartilage support.Methods Takes the nasal septum cartilage and design cartilage support to increase the nasal back length between the nasal septum and nasal flank cartilage.If low nose cases taking implants to the nasal back.Results 131 of 136 cases are satisfied effects.2 cases are not confirmed the nasal back length by themselves.4 cases think altitude of the nasal tip to be upward better slightly.After surgery 6 cases are all satisfied.Conclusions This method may obtain the ideal nasal back length and maintains the nasal tip position forever,nasal shape is nature.
