Effective observation on treating refractory nephrotic syndrome with Chinese traditional and Western medicine

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the refractory nephrotic syndrome combined with Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Methods Thirty eight cases of patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into Chinese traditional and Western medicine care group and Western medicine group.Two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results The total remission rate of observation group was 68.4%;The total remission rate of control group was 47.4%.The clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The observation group of patients with proteinuria and blood fat,total cholesterol etc.had significant improvement(P 0.05).The side effects of observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Chinese traditional and Western medicine was significantly better than the Western medicine and less side effects,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
