Abstract

Objective:To explore effect of general anesthesia with remifentanil and propofol on mode and hemodynamics indexes in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A total of 92patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2010to 2012were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the experiment group were treated with remifentanil and propofol while patients in the control group were only treated with fentanyl. And the SBP,DBP,HR,spontaneous breathing faster recovery time, respiratory, eye opening time and extubation were compared before and 10min after pneumoperitoneum. Results:SBP,DBP,HR,spontaneous breathing faster recovery time, respiratory, eye opening time and extubation of the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia with intravenous infusion of remifentanil plus propof can stablize hemodynamical indexes. It is of easy process, and is worthy clinical application.
