Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of ruifentanyl and Propofol total intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods ASAⅠ~Ⅱ elective laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into 60 cases of remifentanil and fentanyl groups,n=30.Comparison of two groups induction, intraoperative hemodynamic parameters, and awake, recovery time, extubation time, and consciousness(OAAS) score. Results Two graups in the induction, surgery and awake SBP,DBP the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);MAP,HR and SPO2 was no significant difference(P0.05),two groups regained consciousness, extubation time, and after extubation 5min,15min,30min of OAAS scores were significantly(P0.05).Conclusions Remifentanil and Propofol for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in anesthesia, hemodynamic stability, rapid recovery, control, and is worthy of promotion and application.
