Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Reyanning in treating the upper respiratory tract infection in children and to summarize the clinical value. Methods 180 cases of children who conformed to the diagnosis were randomly to divide into three groups,group A with Shuanghuanglian particles treatment,group B with Kanggan particles treatment,group C with Reyanning treatment,and to observe the clinical symptoms improved time and adverse reaction. Results Group C in the clinical symptoms improved time was shorter than group A,B; and the number of adverse reaction was less than group A,B. Conclusion The clinical curative effect for the upper respiratory tract infection in children with Reyanning,and it is worth promting retional clinical,and less adverse reaction.
