Abstract
According to the principle of atomization cooling,a 80t/h experimental counter-flow no-padding spraying cooling tower was established. And through four experimental conditions the influence of the air/water ratio and the cross-section velocity on cooling efficiency in spraying cooling tower was analyzed. The results showed: the cooling efficiency would increase when the air/water ratio and the cross-section velocity increased, for example when the cross-section velocity changed from 1.93m/s to 3.21m/s,meanwhile the air/water ratio changed from 1.04 to 1.31,and the cooling efficiency would change from 39.0% to 54.5% consequently;if the air/water ratio remained unchanged or had a smaller change from 1.16 to 1.20,the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower could be improved by the way of increasing the cross-section velocity.
