On Xinjiang Immigrants and Inflow Removal Committed to the Development of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty

Abstract

After the unification of the Qing Dynasty,in order to enhance the effective local governance,to consolidate its rule,Qing Dynasty,must first solve the labor shortage problem.It is in this context,a large number of repatriated criminals and the inflow of Pi sent to various parts of Xinjiang,in the long-term labor and life,these passive of immigrant groups is not only the socio-economic development of Xinjiang in the farming,but also promotes local education,social customs and cultural aspects of major changes to strengthen the border areas and the mainland exchanges,contacts and development,not only to promote the development of Xinjiang,and the development of a unified multi-ethnic country and make a positive contribution to enrich the Chinese the history of the Han and minority unity,cooperation,common development and progress of new ideas.
