Abstract
There is a wide gap of social and economical development between the southern and northern part along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province. To promote the mutual development of the above-mentioned two regions, four industrial blocks in auto-making, ship-building, chemical industry, metallurgy and logistics should be developed as key targets for the purpose of realizing enterprises' gathering, interrelating and transferring. At the same time, the spatial distribution of enterprises should rely on the existed three transportation axes of Ningsu, Ningtong, and Sutong while enhancing relevant cycled transportation systems and strengthening the construction of Taicang port and Nantong port.
