The Development Approaches of Basic Industrial Belt along the Yangtze River Area of Jiangsu Province

Abstract

According to the characteristics of international capital transfer and of the development of Yangtze River resource and industry foundation, it is adapted to construct the international heavy industrial belt along the Yangtze River area of Jiangsu Province. This paper analyses the background and opportunities of constructing the international basic industrial belt. Using the development experiences of international great river areas for reference, this paper also puts forward the development model of this basic industry belt. Finally, some essential approaches have given aiming to the problems and risks in the development of Yangtze River area.
