Abstract
Cultural tourism manifests the concept of ecological civilization. Cultural tourism industry is an important measure to promote rapid socio-economic development and facilitate ecological civilization construction. Biejie should firmly adhere to two bottom lines, namely development and ecology, in its socio-economic construction, and make efficient use of its rich ethnic and red cultural resources to energetically develop cultural tourism. Though cultural tourism, Bijie has made relatively great achievements in recent years, yet its cultural tourism was developed at a comparatively late stage and its red culture tourism lags behind seriously. Therefore, Bijie should deeply excavate and develop its cultural tourism resources, optimize the overall arrangement and development pattern of its cultural tourism resources through approaches such as e-commerce marketing, group development, introducing talents, integrating ethnic culture and red culture etc., improve the popularity of its red culture, increase economic income created by cultural tourism so as to make cultural tourism an important force that drives the ecological civilization construction of Bijie.
