The Research on Construction of Power Dispatching Soft-switch Communication Network

Dispatching exchange system is an important part of power dispatching system.This paper first analyzes the current dispatching exchange system and points out that,with the development of the smart grid,the traditional hard-switch cannot meet the demand of the power dispatching system.Thus it is necessary to introduce the soft-switch technology.The function and the structure of the soft-switch technology are then discussed and the construction method is also presented in the paper.Finally,it concludes that soft-switch system is very useful in guiding the practical work.
