Research and Application of Dispatching Switch System Based on Soft-switch Architecture

By analyzing the feasibility of smooth evolution from the existing dispatching circuit switch system to the dispatching soft-switch system, this paper proposes an intelligent dispatching switch system based on the softswitch architecture, which solves the issues of interconnections between the dispatching soft-switch system and the existing dispatching circuit switch system and the same-group on heterogeneous hardware in dual network, and enables full functions of the existing dispatching circuit switch system. The proposed system uses an intelligent IP dispatching desktop based on the virtual desktop technology, and seamlessly takes over all functions of the original dispatching machine. The system can meet the dispatcher's new business needs from the big operation mode of power grid, and greatly improve work effi ciency.
