Abstract

【Objective】To explore the method of surgical treatment for diabetic foot ulcer,reduce the recurrence of amputation.【Method】47 cases of diabetic foot ulcer repaired with surgical treatment were analyzed during 2001~2006 year.【Result】27 cases repaired with free skin graft,7 cases repaired with flap graft,3 cases repaired with amputation,the percentage of first stage healing was 92.3%.【Conclusion】The treatment combined surgery with physician is an effective way for treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,which would improve the healing percentage and reduce the rate of amputation.
