On the cultivation of college students' innovative learning ability by creative thinking

In view of ordinary college students' problems on learning ability,this paper presents that training high-qualified innovative talents must develop collge students' learning ability on innovation.Its feasible way is to undergo training on students' creative thinking ability which considers that the core of college students' innovative learning ability is creative thinking competence and sets forth the training policy of college students' creative thinking.
