The regional industrial structure is an economic and political system which is complex and has many dimensions and levels of structure. Due to the complexity of regional economic growth process the industrial structure adjustment should be combined with system innovation and regional economic growth to form a regional system. The healthy, reasonable structure and system are the key factors which decide the regional economic growth of China.
