Abstract
Using maize inbred line T(tolerant to low-potassium) and maize inbred line S(sensitive to potassium) as tested materials, the relationship of dynamic change following leaf growing stage between O2 produce rate,POD activity, and potassium distribution in different parts of the plants were studied. The results showed that, under low potassium cases,in top leaves of tolerant to low-potassium maize inbred line O2 Produce rate had a lower level, and there was a relatively POD activity stable in leaves and roots,it was able to transport more potassium to top leaves; The distribution of Potassium ion in plant had a correlation with O2 Produce rate and POD activity.
