Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect for parecoxib sodium in postoperative analgesia for surgical oncology patients. Methods 68 cases of surgical oncology patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group. The treatment group was taken with intravenous parecoxib sodium(40mg) 20 min before the end of the surgery. And the control group was taken with intravenous infusion saline(5ml).The postoperative fentanyl dosage,self-control analgesia times and resting, sports pain scores of 2 groups were compared. Results The postoperative fentanyl dosage and the self-control analgesia times for postoperative 12h and 24h in the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The resting pain scores and movement pain scores in the treatment group 12h and 24h after surgery were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion It is effective for parecoxib sodium in postoperative analgesia for surgical oncology patients, which can reduce the dose of fentanyl, the self-control analgesia times and postoperative pain scores.
