Abstract
[Objective]To explore clinical curative effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases( COPD) complicated with type II respiratory failure. [Methods]90 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given the common clinical treatment, and the observation group was treated with noninvasive BiPAP respirator and aerosol inhalation on the basis of common treatment. The arterial blood gas indexes, heart rate, respiration, total effective rate and life of quality were compared between the two groups.[Results]After the treatment, the values of pH,PaCO2,PaO2,heart rate and respiration in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P 0. 01). The total effective rate in the observation group was 82. 2%,which was higher than that in the control group( 51. 1%) significantly( P 0. 01). The score of life quality in the observation group was96. 20 ± 8. 93,which was better than that in the control group( 105. 59 ± 7. 46) significantly( P 0. 01).[Conclusion]The noninvasive mechanical ventilation combined with aerosol inhalation can obviously improve the heart rate, respiration and arterial blood gas indexes in patients with COPD complicated with type II respiratory failure, and raise total effective rate and quality of life.
