Development of Medical College Student Two-Dimensional Satisfaction Questionnaire and its validity and efficacy

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the Medical College Student Two-Dimensional Satisfaction Questionnaire(MCSTDSQ)by psychological methods.Methods Internal consistency of questionnaire,construct validity,convergent/discriminant validity were evaluated based on the analysis concluded from the data drawn through the survey of 1 240 students.Results The weights of service assurance,professional knowledge,individual development,teaching management,students management were 0.069,0.177,0.334,0.167 and 0.253.Good reliability of MCSTDSQ was proved by what Cronbach' s alpha was 0.923.Factor analysis indicated that factor loading and structure accorded with MCSTDSQ assumed,which supported structure validity and content validity.Conclusion MCSTDSQ' s reliability and validity are satisfactory evaluated by psychometrics,which can be applied and promoted in the college.
