Innovation Teaching Difficulties and Countermeasures of the Experimental Teaching in Higher Education Popularization

Innovation education is the starting point and end-result of higher education.Creativity depends on many key factors,like environment,intelligence,personality.Under the background of mass higher education students in China,the personality is generally not enough perfect,innovative teaching environment is not ideal,and colleges in the practical innovation teaching may make it a mere formality.Though the experimental teaching in colleges has its particularity,it must seek the innovation experiment teaching strategies,first is the transitional design of teaching activity innovation,in order to make up for a lack of creative factor problem;Second is to strengthen the personalized teaching mode,so it may adapt to the different groups of students;the last is to strengthen supervision of the experimental process,ensure the quality of innovation.The teaching strategies have been used in the comprehensive computer network experiments in school of software engineering of Tongji University,and the teaching effect is much more ideal.
