Abstract
The paper discusses how to advance quality education from two aspects.First,in the teaching,need to reform curriculums,to reform content of subjects,to shift teaching thought and to attach importance to develop students' cognitive ability,understanding ability and the ability of applying their knowledge to the solution.Second,in political thought,the education is not effective in practice unless theory is combined with real life.
