Clinical value of combined detection of serum AFP,CEA,CA199,CA724 in the malignant tumors of digestive system

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum AFP,CEA,CA199,CA724 in malignant tumors of digestive system.Methods Electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect contents of serum AFP,CEA,CA199,CA724 in 45 cases of healthy adults and 155 cases of patients with malignant tumors of digestive system.ResultsThe contents of serum AFP,CEA,CA199,CA724 in patients with malignant tumors of digestive system were obviously higher than those in the normal controls(P0.05).The contents of serum AFP in patients with liver cancer,serum CEA in patients with colorectal cancer,serum CA199 in patients with pancreatic cancer and serum CA724 in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than other groups(P0.05).The combined detection of above-mentiond indexes had better positive rate than the singe index(P0.05).Conclusion The detection of AFP,CEA,CA199,CA724 and those combined detection are conduced to increase the the diagnosis of positive rate in the malignant tumors of digestive system.
