Abstract
The paper interprets the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation,summarizes the characteristics of the cooperation by analysis of the commonality and individuality of the school-enterprise cooperation,production-learning research and cooperative education.On the above basis,it is suggested that the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation must adhere to educational principle,win-win principle and interoperability principle.
