Abstract
According to classical theory of public goods supply, the government is the sole supplyer of public goods. Actually, this single model has caused the increasing of expenditure which becomes an obstacle to further development, so it's necessary to explore the different ways of public goods supply. This article analyses three ways of public goods supply: authoritative supply, commercial supply and voluntary supply.
