Our Country' s Agriculture Subsidy Procedural Control

Agricultural subsides is financial subsides to agricultural,which is the state transferred financial revenue to the agricultural operators by law standards and means in order to achieve a specific agricultural policy's purpose.At present the scholars focus on the introduction of foreign experience and study the substantive law on agricultural subsidies,but the research on the agricultural subsidy procedure is insufficient and not comprehensive.This article eleborates the agricultural subsidies from the aspects of legislative procedures,administrative procedures,and administrative relief to further improve the relevant legal provisions of China's agricultural subsidies.
