Abstract

39 fungal strains were isolated and screened from the soybean soil in six places of Liaoning province. In order to screen the fungal strains with strong inhibition, the inhibitory effects of different fungal strains were evaluated through determining the effects of their leachate on second-stage Juvenile(J_2) morality of soybean cyst nematode. The results showed that the inhibitory effects of different fungal strains were significantly different as compared with control in the study.7 strains among 39 fungal strains exhibited strong inhibitory effect.Snf 2455-2 had the strongest effect on J_2 in all tested strains. The number of fungal strains with inhibitory effect increased and their effects became strong over time.17 fungal strains had significantly inhibitory effect as compared with control after exposing 72 h.
