On the construction of the reference rooms in colleges and departments

The reference rooms in colleges and departments are faced with such problems as lack of expense and mismanagement.Thus the building of them should be strengthened,and under the network situation,the campus network should be fully used to realize the sharing of information resources;meanwhile,the reference rooms in colleges and departments should be in harmony with the discipline building in each school by reasonably disposing the resources,for bringing the function of specialty reference rooms into full play.
