On proper integration of distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors

Abstract
In socialist market-oriented economy, distribution according to work should be placed in the dominant position, which is required by both the process of socialist production itself and the reality that socialist market-oriented economy is developing soundly. On the other hand, there are various ownership systems and multi-ownership entities. As the concrete embodiment as the result of market mechanism in distribution, distribution according to production factors is inevitable under the conditions of socialist market economy. In practice, the contradiction and uniformity must be realized at the sametime. Only in this way, can distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors be integrated properly from the operational levels of micro-economy and ownership structural levels as well as the operational levels of macro-economy.
