On the Combination of Distribution According to Work and the Distribution According to Productive Elements

Abstract
For distribution under the conditions of market economy, a breakthrough must be made to the theory of distribution according to work which has been practised in China since 1949 and this theory should be re acknowledged as well. For distribution according to productive elements, we should free ourselves from the influences and the bondage brought on us by the traditional economic theory and take the distribution according to productive elements as the way shared by all enties in market economy. But the distrbution according to work must take the dominant position in the combination of the two.
