Abstract
According to the main characteristics of innovative talents training,the requirement of experimental teaching with autonomous research was proposed.With the analysis of some matters in open experimental teaching,autonomous research experimental teaching was compared with open experimental teaching,and its characteristics and implemental methods were discussed.With the summary of talents training practices for cultivating student's innovative ability based on autonomous research experimental teaching,the corresponding frame of teaching system was put forward.Through improving the experiment teaching ability with autonomous research,innovative talents training will be roundly promoted and developed in the future.
