Open experiment teaching based on innovative talents training in biological professional practice

Abstract

In order to highlight the cultivation of innovative talents and emphasize on cultivating the talents of the application in the colleges and universities,it is the inevitable choice for the open experiment teaching in the cultivation of innovative talents.The current experiment teaching present situation and main existing problems were analyzed in the paper.The meaning and role of open experimental teaching on innovative talents training were clarified.Combined with the professional characteristics of the department,practice of several open experimental teaching models was performed by the experimental teaching center.
