Comparative Study on Anti-Monopoly Law and Enlightenment to China

Monopoly has deeply relations with economic law.In order to keep market stable and efficient,many countries realized the power of state must intervene in the market properly.This paper analyses the relationship between monopoly and economic law,compares the anti-monopoly law with two types of countries.From researching into the monopoly around the world,we can get some beneficial experience.
