The menopausal transition anxiety patients general surgery perioperative psychological nursing intervention

Objective Explore the menopausal transition anxiety patients general surgery perioperative admission,before surgery and after surgery discharge mental nursing intervention effect.Methosds Application anxiety self rating scale(SAS) to 48 patients by questionnaires,and they were randomly divided into trial group(group An= 24) and the control group(group B n= 24).The patients were observed on admission,before surgery and after surgery discharge the two groups when anxiety and vital signs change.Results Two groups of patients before surgery and after surgery in admission SAS(p0.05) score was not statistically significant,the hospital SAS score(p0.05) was statistically significant;Two groups of patients in admission life signs stable(p0.05) was not statistically significant,Group B patients before surgery and after surgery SBP preoperative and DBP,HR increased(p0.05) were statistically significant.Conclusion The menopausal transition anxiety patients outside general surgery perioperative give individualized psychological nursing intervention,the method is simple and practical,the effect is good,and in patients with stable life signs for clinical nursing promotion application.
