Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of three therapeutic schemes for unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods From January 2001 to December 2007,132 cases with unruptured ectopic pregnancy treated with drugs of Qidong hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were undergone analysis of therapeutic effect. These patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.The groupⅠwere administrated intravenous drip of methotrexate(MTX) 50 mg/m2 for 3 times every other day and intramuscular injection of coenzyme F(CF) 6 mg for 3 times every other day.In addition to treatment of group, the group Ⅱwere administered additional mifepristone 25 mg orally, twice daily for 3 days. The group Ⅲ were treated by modified Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) decoction for ectopic pregnancy with the exception of treatment of groupⅠ.Results The curing rate of groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 75%(35/44),77.27%(34/44),93.18%(41/44),respectively.The significant differences were found between group Ⅰ and Ⅲ,group Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P0.05),but there was no significant difference between group Ⅰand Ⅱ(P0.05).Conclusion MTX is effective in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy, and combination of TCM instead of mifepristone can significantly improve the success rate of healing.
