Mordern Inspiration of Pre-Qin Philosophy upon Public Science and Technology Policy

An important reason for the limitations of science and technology policy system is that the active subjects of science and technology policy lack awareness of philosophy and human spirit,lacking Human environment and cultural atmosphere to run through the system,which may be called the missing of public spirit.This article provides the backgrounding theoretical support and reality inspiration for humanities in want of science and technology policy through discussing the philosophy of the Pre-Qin scholars,which contains rich spirit on ideas and human spirit.
