Abstract
In order to objectively reflect the resistance of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum soybean germplasm, excluding the influence of environment, soil, years, regions, inoculation methods and other factors, the resistance of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was identified in the pot farm and nursery in Jiamusi branch of Heilongjiang academy of agricultrual sciences in 2011.The results showed that:2high-resistant varieties were screend out accounting for 3. 2% of the test materials.1moderately resistant varieties accounted for 1.61% of the identified materials.29 low-resistant varieties accounted for 46.77%,20low-susceptible varieties accounted for 32.26%,6susceptible varieties accounted for 9.68%,4high-susceptible varieties accounted for 6.45%of the identified materials. The results laid a foundation for resistance screen of soybean Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
