Abstract
The purpose is to obtain allele frequency, genotype frequency and related forensic data of CSF1PO,TPOX and TH01 loci in Chinese Xingjiang Xiao population and Chinese Xingjiang Hasake population. Genomic DNA from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of normal Chinese Xinjiang Xibo population and Chinese Xinjiang Hasake population was used as template and CSF1POP TPOX and TH01 fragments were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The PCR products were analyzed by 4% denaturing PAGE and detected using silver stain detection. Nine alleles were found at CSF1PO locus, eight alleles at TPOX locus and eight alleles at TH01 locus in Chinese Xibo population. Eight alleles were found at CSF1PO locus, eight alleles were found at TPOX locus and seven alleles were found at TH01 locus in the Hasake Ethnic population. All the 3 loci (CSF1PO, TPOX, TH01) met HardyWeinberg equilibrium. The heterozygosities observed were 0.942 6, 0.836 1 and 0.885 3 for CSF1PO, TPOX and TH01 respectively in Chinese Xibo population. The heterozygosities observed were 0.875 3,0.877 7 and 0.932 1 for CSF1PO, TPOX and TH01 respectively in Chinese Hasake population. The polymorphism information contents (PIC) were 0.8298, 0.721 3 and 0.762 6 respectively in Chinese Xibo population. The polymorphism information contents (PIC) were 0.740 1, 0.756 8 and 0.750 9 respectively in Chinese kazak population. There is a remarkable difference in the distribution of allele frequencies at these STR loci between Chinese Xinjiang Xibo population and Chinese Xinjiang Hasake population.
