Abstract
From the aspect of epistemology, the essence, standard and recogniztion of the truth are three different questions. They explain the different aspects of the truth seperately from inter-subject objectivity, subjectivity and intersubjectivity. The truth in litigation also includs these aspects. The three questions make it clear that any standard of proof would not guarantee the judge finding the objective truth. In order to make the judgement recognized by others,we must rely on the procedure.
