Abstract
In order to understand litigation truth widely and deeply,through induction and comparison,different truth theories are introduced(correspondence theory of truth,coherence theory of truth,pragmatic theory of truth and Marx's theory of truth) which exert different influence on litigation truth and comment different opinions on litigation truth.Through differentiating and analyzing several key problems,the relationship between litigation truth and philosophy truth are explained.Litigation truth can be classified according to different standard.As conclusion,Marx's theory of truth is theoretical base of litigation truth in China;finding fact,protecting human rights,due process,effectiveness of proceedings and so on should be considered,objective truth(substantial truth) should be combined with legal truth.
