Abstract
The paper summarized the differences of three methods of inspecting anterior chamber angle in clinic(gonioscopy, ultrasound biomicroscopy, optical coherence tomography)and focused on the examination of modern means of inspecting anterior chamber angle more advanced than gonioscopy. The latest progresses of angle closure mechanisms in primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG)were reviewed and important factors(lens, eye volume, iris)accounting for angle closure were analyzed. It is hoped to provide the abundant theoretical basis for correctly evaluating the risk factors of angle closure in future clinical works.
