Abstract
With wood shavings∶fine sawdust=1∶6(treatment 1)、Alder bark∶fine sawdust=5∶1(treatment 2) and Fir bark∶fine sawdust=5∶1(treatment 3)for different treatments, compared the survival rate of Dendrobium officinale, stem diameter, plant height, root length, root number, leaf number, etc.Under the experimental conditions,30 days after transplanting survival rate of Dendrobium officinale tissue culture was 91.3%(sreatment 1),97.5%(treatment 2) and 95.5%(treatment 3).60 days after transplanting, the plant height, root length in the treatment 1 was 6.40 cm and 3.26 cm,respectively,in the treatment 2 was 7.40 cm and 5.25 cm,respectively,in the treament 3 was 6.45 cm and 5.10 cm,respectively. The root was number in the treatment 1,2,3 was 5.0,6.5 and 5.6,respectively.Stem diameter was 0.255 cm,0.582 cm and 0.542 cm respectively, the number of leaves was 9.0 and 14.5,13.0,respectively.Preliminary study showed that alder bark∶fine sawdust=5∶1was the best substrate for Dendrobium officinale plantlets transplanted.
