An Analysis of Teaching Effectiveness of Ideological & Political Theory Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

At present,the teaching effectiveness of ideological political theory course in higher vocational colleges are poor,and the teachers of them are backward in the teaching concepts,low in the teaching ability,and not deep in the knowledge research,ignoring the internal needs of the students.Changing the situation,in the teaching of ideological political theory courses in vocational colleges,we should establish a constructivist teaching philosophy and properly use the learning elements such as the situation,the cooperation and the conversation to fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students in learning,so the teaching effectiveness will enhance.
