On the Development Level of Teachers Professional Affection

Abstract

Teachers professional affection includes professional ideal,professional sentiment, professional aptitude and professional ego.Teachers' emotional attitude and values for educational cause influence the psychological tendency of professional behavior,the professional ethics,and the motive of teachers' professional development.Analyzing from the four qualities,the development of teacher s professional affection could be summarized as the levels of chaos,ideal and moral in the light of comprehensive performance.
