Abstract

The necessities and related concepts of forest biomass evaluation were summarized.And the recent development of forest biomass evaluation techniques were introduced,such as,measurement,modeling and remote sensing method.Future forest biomass and dynamic monitoring trends in the development of technology were briefly discussed.
