CPC has properly and efficiently performed explorations of political construction of socialist democracy.Likewise,a new level has been reached for the political construction of socialist democracy in China.While democracy may lead to socialist modernization,the development of the socialist democracy and construction of socialist civilization is the key to the social welfare.Therefore,the democracy should be systemized and legalized so that the rule by people will vindicate the nature of the socialist democracy.The construction of Chinese socialism should center on the economic construction,with socialist,political and spiritual civilization getting improved all at the same time.
