Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Zihuajiefu Liniment.Methods GL Sciences lnc.ODS-SP column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was adopted with 0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile-triethylamine-phosphoric acid(95∶ 5∶ 0.2∶ 0.2)as mobile phrase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 220 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results The linear range of matrine was 0.423 6~2.118 0 μg,the average recovery was 99.81% and the RSD was 1.74%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and it can be used for the quality control of Zihuajiefu Liniment.
