Study of the Characters and Disciplines of Training Innovated Talents in High School with International Vision

This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese university talents with the international comparing horizon research methods,makes a comparison of Chinese traditional talent-education concept and western talent-cultivation concept,advocates using foreign advanced education concept of cultivating innovative talents for reference,so as to train talents in Chinese colleges and universities.This paper also points out that four elements should be concluded in the training of the innovative talents.
